Jeremy has a diverse background in biomedical engineering, development and business growth, spending 20+ years working in medical device product development and manufacturing.  He has experience of working with both start-up and multinational companies.  His passion is taking early-stage medical concepts from feasibility through to commercialization. Much of Jeremy’s focus has been on complex electromechanical systems, including robotic surgical devices, implantable pacemakers, MRI and ultrasound imaging systems, as well as therapeutic ultrasound applications.  He excels at architecting technology road maps that reduce commercialization risks while leading large cross-functional teams on the path to successful solutions applied at each phase of development.

Steve has extensive experience with complex accounting processes, including stock compensation, revenue recognition, and grant accounting.  He also has experience developing financial plans, mergers & acquisitions, developing internal controls, benefits implementation, and establishing banking and legal counsel relationships.  Steve has been responsible for the overall financial management of accounting operations for various clients, including financial reporting, cash management, forecasting, board participation and relationships with outside bankers, legal counsel and accounting firms.  He has spent most of his career focusing on early-stage technology, life science, and service companies and has over 30 years of Accounting and Finance experience.

Prior to joining Alpheus Medical, Jennifer held several senior-level roles, as well as providing consulting services, for small- and mid-level biotech organizations.  Most notably, at Celldex Therapeutics she served as the Global Clinical Project Leader for their glioblastoma program for 13 years.  Over her 25-year career, Jennifer has provided leadership within Clinical Development including Clinical Operations and Clinical Science,  from protocol development and study start-up through study closure, across multiple early- to late-stage programs in development.

Troy has broad expertise across systems engineering, machine design, medical device instrumentation and consumables, design control, and medical device quality. He has helped several medical device startups deliver innovative products to market and holds several patents. Before joining the Alpheus Medical team, Troy provided engineering consulting services to medical device, aerospace, and industrial machinery manufacturers. He held various research and development engineering roles at Verathon, ACIST Medical Systems, Beckman Coulter, Stratasys, and MTS Systems, and has over 25 years of experience developing complex systems.
